Prime Minister Narendra Modi, in response to the announcement, expressed his enthusiasm, dubbing the elections as “the biggest festival of democracy.” He affirmed the preparedness of the Bharatiya Janata Party-Nation Democratic Alliance (BJP-NDA) for the upcoming electoral battle. Modi reiterated his party’s commitment to good governance and service delivery across various sectors, citing their track record.

“I have full confidence that we will get full affection and blessings of 140 crore family members and more than 96 crore voters for the third consecutive time,” stated Prime Minister Modi, exuding confidence in securing a resounding victory. He emphasized the next five years as crucial for India’s development trajectory, envisioning inclusive prosperity and global leadership.

Modi underscored his government’s relentless efforts against poverty and corruption, with a pledge to propel India towards becoming the third-largest global economy.
